I just finished watching John Entwistle's bass solo video that MarkE has in his favorites on youtube...JohnE had to be one of those guys we could place in the severely underrated column because unless you ever saw The Who live, you would never know of his talent. By the way...did any of you know that the drummer in this video is Zack Starkey...son of Ringo Starr? I read an article about him getting The Who gig a few years ago and Townsend & Daltry are quoted as saying that Zack is the first drummer they've seen who could emulate Keith Moon's drumming so well.

I somehow missed this thread. Yes, he was terribly under rated. I like his idea of a "bass cam". Im planning on doing that as soon as I can rig something up that wont scratch my guitar.
